Michelle coaches executives, managers, people in transition and her own kindred spirits -- "those of us Walt Disney calls children of all ages." She supports her clients to risk change by discovering fresh perspectives, befriending their fears and having fun!
Work is play! Michelle invites clients to reconnect to deepest values and highest purpose, to act from the Wise Self most of us know well in childhood and tend to lose track of as busy adults. Aiming for joyful self-expression she asks, "Would you do this work even if you weren't getting paid?" She wants to hear a resounding, "YES!"
Her work is an expression of love for all people, natural beauty and mastery of her craft. A multi-lingual world gypsy, Michelle co-directed an international architectural project for UNESCO in Paris. She managed the design of visitor centers for Captain Jacques Cousteau around the globe. Turning entrepreneur, she ran a successful trading enterprise with China, later selling the business to a Hong Kong company. Intending to retire, Michelle, instead, fell in love with coaching and has coached full time since 1998.

Little things have the power to transform. Michelle experiences that human beings create unfathomable results through modest deliberate actions, practiced daily -- one smile, one thank you, one kindness, one thoughtful gesture, one genuine forgiveness, one playful grin, one loving touch. One by one, these practices, simple expressions of our inner divinity, transform individual lives, corporations, communities and ultimately the world.
Personal. Michelle lives far from the crush -- among red-rock mesas, under electric blue skies in New Mexico. She kayaks, hikes, gardens, designs, reads and meditates. She loves starry nights at anchor, favorite sanctuaries in India and high desert stillness. At home in air, on land or at sea, Michelle is a cruising sailor and private pilot.
